Our range of studios & sleep-outs span a range of uses such as a home office, guest suite or living and sleeping areas for teenagers not quite ready to leave the nest. The small footprints are optimized with smart space-saving multi-purpose furniture. With the exception of the ST14 & the 1B34 all of these studio/sleepouts can be built without building consent under the existing 30m2 rules.
