Studio One

This Studio features a split level design that in a small foot print gives you two different zones – perfect for keeping work and relaxing separate.

It also has a couch that pulls out to be a bed, and a surprising amount of storage.

There is further room to customize the space to your needs by fitting out the upper platform with a desk, shelves and everything you need for the perfect home office space.

Studio Two

Studio Two was prompted by the global shift that saw a lot more people opting to work from home either for comfort and convenience, to reduce the cost of renting office space or for the luxury of being able to work safely and remotely during our current health crisis.

Studio Two features 2 generous fixed desk spaces, built in storage, and flexible space in the middle which can be a space to sit and relax at the coffee table or pull down the built in meeting table to create a space room to work and collaborate with your team and visitors.



Studio Three

As you saw with Studio One, the secret to getting the most out of small spaces is flexibility – designing and utilising furniture that has multiple functions and can completely transform the space to suit your changing needs.

Studio Three does this in a different way. Instead of trying to fit a bed, a desk and seating into a 10 square metre space, we utilise a "Murphy Bed" – a double bed that doubles as a sofa or a desk, folding away with just the pull of a lever to transform the space from a full bedroom to a full office.

Studio Four

While Studio One, Two & Three have no plumbing or water supply, we recognised the need for a Studio that provides greater privacy for the occupants of both the Studio and the primary residence.

For this reason, we added the options of a toilet or full ensuite bathroom for Studio Four, which is possible even in such a limited space because of the multi-use flexibility of the "desk by day, bed by night" concept described in Studio Three above.
